Open the app and tap the "+" button to start a new scan. Point your iPhone camera at the document. The app will automatically detect the document edges. Tap the capture button to scan, then save or continue scanning additional pages.

In the app, tap the "+" button and select "From Photos" to choose an existing photo from your library. The app will convert it into a clean PDF document automatically.

Yes! PDF Scan & Convert Pro includes a Web to PDF feature. Enter any URL in the app and it will capture the web page as a clean, shareable PDF document.

Open the document, tap the Share button (the box with an arrow), and choose your sharing method — email, AirDrop, Messages, cloud storage, or any other app that supports PDF files.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find PDF Scan & Convert Pro → tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and request a refund. Apple typically processes refunds within a few business days.

Yes. All documents scanned with PDF Scan & Convert Pro are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload or transmit your documents to any server. Your privacy is fully protected.

Try these steps: (1) Ensure the app has camera permission in Settings → Privacy → Camera. (2) Place the document on a contrasting background (e.g., dark paper on a light surface). (3) Ensure good lighting — avoid shadows. (4) Hold your phone steady above the document. If issues persist, contact our support team.
